Is Autism Treatment Tax Deductible?

Revenue Canada has just come up with new guidelines regarding the Tax Deductible Status of Intensive Behavioral Treatment.  If you are running a home-based Lovaas-type program, we suggest that you download the following guidelines and give them to your accountant.
